Kelley Brown

Owner/President of Trinity Program Management, Inc.

Kelley has over 30 years of program management experience in the real estate and construction industries. Kelley has success-proven expertise in managing multi-phase multi-million dollar projects through the development cycle. Through her extensive career, Kelley has gained experience as both an owner-representative and as an outside consultant. Prior to co-founding Trinity, Kelley’s career included personally managing construction projects throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as supervising a department of construction managers for project development throughout a 28 state region. Kelley’s director-level experience was enhanced with real estate as she extended her career by managing a department of in-house and outside professionals through the due diligence, entitlement, design and construction management processes for a nationally-known client.  

Kelley holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Kelley is a licensed State of Georgia Realtor, certified with the Greater Atlanta Economic Alliance Academy and Construction Business Management Institute, member of the 2014 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Leadership Class and has spoken at Georgia Institute of Technology’s Construction Management graduate course for four years as a guest speaker for “Construction Management From the Owner’s Perspective,” School of Architecture. 

Tracey Jennings

Tracey has spent over 30 years in the construction project management field. Consistently recognized for delivering high-quality projects, she uses her strategic planning, problem-solving and team-building skills to focus on optimal scheduling and cost-saving strategies. Tracey’s experience covers multi-million dollar new construction, interior and exterior renovations, facilities maintenance, environmental remediation and the negotiation and implementation of national program rollouts. Tracey has worked within the organization of Fortune 100 companies and as an external consultant to smaller, private businesses.

Tracey holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Management Studies from the Georgia Tech Management Institute. Tracey has served on the Georgia Tech Alumni Board of Trustees and as a member of the Georgia Tech Alumni Mentoring Program.

Carla Cooper

Carla has managed real estate development and construction projects for over forty years.  Her background as an architect and a contractor gives her an exceptional perspective that allows her to consistently deliver successful projects.  Carla’s experience covers multi-million dollar new construction, interior and exterior renovations and capital improvements for office, retail, childcare, multi-family, industrial and health care projects.  She is recognized for using her budgeting, scheduling and communication skills to achieve the goals of complex projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from The Ohio State University. Carla has served on the board of Commercial Real Estate Women – Atlanta and as an Urban Land Institute Committee Chair.
