Despite the significant time and energy put into due diligence, pre-planning and design efforts, ground-break may be the first moment a client sees their investment take a tangible step forward. Trinity provides complete construction management services, including selecting the general contractor, evaluating bids, preparing and negotiating contracts, optimizing the construction schedule and budget, reviewing change order requests and payment applications and providing professional dispute resolution, if needed. In addition, we will coordinate with client-supplied vendors, equipment suppliers and specialty consultants to ensure that the project runs smoothly. Our attention to detail and serving our client continues through the transition from construction to client operations, commissioning and close-out.
