$350M New Construction Project Involving Urban Office Tower and High Performance Data Center – Georgia Institute of Technology.
Coda at Tech Square is a 750,000 square-foot, mixed-use building containing a 21-story office tower providing office space, research labs, 38,000 square-foot retail space including a food hall, and a 9.6 MW data center.
As part of the Cushman & Wakefield team, Trinity managed the design and construction program involving 2 separate developers, multiple architects, multiple general contractors, multiple client-departments, and numerous multi-disciplined consultants for the Office Tower and Data Center builds for the entire six year program.
Assistant Program Manager - McCamish Pavilion
$50M Renovation of Basket Ball Arena – Georgia Institute of Technology.
The $50-million project involved demolishing the interior space and replacing the circular seating bowl with an 8,600-seat rectangular bowl with added upper deck providing 30,000 new square feet for the basket ball arena with new hospitality areas and larger concourses.
Trinity was responsible for auditing the Guaranteed Maximum Price payment applications against the contract and monitoring the general contractor’s progression and schedule in relation to the payment application requests as part of the Draper & Associates team.
Program Manager - Academy of Medicine
$5M Renovation of Historical Building for Academic Presentation Hall – Georgia Institute of Technology.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Academy’s interior and exterior renovation of the two-story building involved modifying the famous landmark for academic use while not impacting its historical value.
Trinity served as the sole Program Manager responsible for reviewing component change orders, change orders, and payment applications for compliance with the executed Guaranteed Maximum Price contract between Georgia Tech and the general contractor. Trinity also assisted in managing and monitoring the budget and contingency expenditures and supplying Georgia Tech with written financial summaries as the project progressed through its development.
Construction Program Manager - Primrose Schools
$30M New Ground Up Construction of multiple 13,000sqft one-story/two-story child-care facility developments across the U.S.
Schools consist of classrooms, elevator, kitchen, fenced-in outdoor playgrounds and involved programmed areas for infants, preschool and private kindergarten.
Trinity has provided construction management services for over $30M in new ground up construction projects for franchise owners across 7 states. Trinity also provides site feasibility studies to Primrose School Corporate.
Assistant Project Manager - Church of the Good Shepherd
$2M Renovation of Church – Cumming, Georgia
Established in 1977, the Church’s renovation included interior and exterior modifications and upgrades to the building exterior, sanctuary, narthex, altar, sacristy, choir loft, and tabernacle.
Trinity served as Assistant Project Manager to Moeller Purcell Construction Company responsible for reviewing construction plans and working with subcontractors in ‘buying out” the scopes of the project. Trinity also reviewed subcontractors’ proposals for accuracy and completeness against the construction plans and specifications.
